3. AI Readiness Assessment

The AI Readiness Assessment is an informational self-assessment tool. It is designed to give you a general sense of where your business, organization, or personal workflow stands in relation to AI adoption.

Important things to know:

• Assessment results are generated using AI (Claude by Anthropic) based on your responses. They are indicative, not definitive.
• The assessment does not replace professional consulting. For specific, actionable recommendations tailored to your situation, a deeper engagement is needed.
• Your overall score and readiness category are computed algorithmically. The personalized report is AI-generated and may contain general observations that do not perfectly reflect your situation.
• Results should be treated as a starting point for conversation, not a final diagnosis.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

When you use the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect the following:

• Your assessment responses (the answers you provide)
• Your email address (only if you choose to unlock your full report)
• Basic metadata: timestamp and approximate country (derived from request headers)

We use this information to:

• Deliver your personalized assessment report
• Notify us (Halden Systems) that a new assessment has been completed
• Potentially contact you about relevant services — only if you have provided your email

We do NOT:

• Sell, rent, or share your data with third parties
• Use tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising tools on this site
• Store your data anywhere other than our database hosted on Vercel infrastructure (US-based)

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing butch@haldensys.com. We will delete your assessment record and any associated data within 14 days.

5. Consulting Services

Any consulting engagement with Halden Systems is entirely separate from this website. This site does not constitute a consulting agreement, proposal, or commitment of any kind. Terms for consulting work would be covered under a separate, written agreement.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
